WhatsApp enquiries

This website has no enquiry form. Product buttons open WhatsApp with the selected product name and blank prompts for institution and intended nonclinical research use. Review and edit the message, then press Send in WhatsApp to contact us. Opening WhatsApp does not itself send a message or create an order.

Existing Meta and TikTok advertising events may record the product selected and the contact-button action. Campaign attribution parameters may be stored in session storage and included in the pre-filled message. Information you later type in WhatsApp is not collected by a website form.

Before any quotation or supply, we request and manually review institution identity, purchaser authority, actual research use, quantities and destination. Do not send patient details, personal health information, confidential protocols or identity documents through a general enquiry.
